If it can't be done on the weekend, it will be delivered by next week on the first day of the week and you will be informed.

Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:
Damaged products and missing pieces mustbe reported within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email andkeep the original packagingof the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.

We inspect and ship all merchandise in factory manufactured condition unless stated or requested otherwise. Likewise, we make every effort by meticulous palletizing and/or thorough packaging to prevent partial loss or damage of merchandise. In case of loss or damage of shipments en route, after the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is buyer’s responsibility to file a claim against the freight company. In certain cases,Ornate Furniture, at its whole discretion, may choose to arrange a repair service when/where possible and/or applicable. Monetary compensation of any amount will never be an option, if insurance or freight liability or repair is a possible remedy of any level or kind. Refund Policy
At Ornate Furniture, our focus is to offer high quality furniture and well known name brands to our customers at discounted prices.Therefore, due to our low margin we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items.However, in an extremely exceptional case of accepting a return, at the sole discretion of the seller, -or cancellation of an order, which has been paid for and confirmed-, a nonnegotiable 30% restocking fee and a reverse delivery fee will be assessed. No return or cancellation requests will be deemed as valid unless exceptionally approved and clearly confirmed via email by us. Our return policy may not apply to all of our merchants. Any exceptions are listed on the item's page. Mattresses, foundations, bedding, linens, and cordless power packs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as well. Round-trip shipping charges apply to all returns and exchanges. If your item was shipped with our "Free Shipping" option, we will charge our outgoing shipping expenses because shipping is already included in the price, but the buyer will still be charged the round trip shipping costs incurred by Ornate Furniture.exclusions apply: If the products are in Ornate Home's possession, in transit to our warehouse, and/or ready for delivery, the customer will only receive a refund of 70% of the total amount, to cover processing, picking, and handling fees. If the item is still not ready for delivery, then you will be entitled to a 97% or 100% refund (depending on the payment status and the timing of the request).

OrnateHome guarantees that all purchased merchandise is to be picked up or delivered in good condition.Damaged products and missing pieces must
be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to the email and
keep the original packagingof damaged merchandise as it is required if the manufacturer accepts replacement. If the money paid for the merchandise is returned to the customer by any means, including but not limited to refund or chargeback, the merchandise automatically comes into the merchant’s possession regardless of the locations of the parties and the merchandise. In the face of such a situation, the customer shall be responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition it was received and assist the merchant with the return process. Failure to do so shall result in criminal and civil liability for the customer and entitles the merchant to file criminal and/or civil lawsuits at courts whose jurisdiction shall be determined by the merchant. In such a case, the customer shall be responsible for all the associated costs, including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees.
