3. Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant 2102 reviews

The 10 Best Restaurants in Boulder, Colorado reviews (3)

Rooftop is fun and the service is good. Unfortunately, that’s about all I’d say this place has going for it. The food is bland and portions measly for what you pay for. I ordered a burrito and got a soggy, flavorless blob that looked like it came out of the microwave. As with all spots on pearl...

4. Snarfburger 1266 reviews

The 10 Best Restaurants in Boulder, Colorado reviews (4)

The 10 Best Restaurants in Boulder, Colorado reviews (6)

I have enjoyed Brasserie for many years. The food recently isn't what it used to be. My friend I met there used to go a few times a week and our last visit was likely our last visit. The fish wash mushy and smelly and the waiter agreed but the manager expressed he felt sorry for how we felt...

7. Japango 1195 reviews

The 10 Best Restaurants in Boulder, Colorado reviews (7)

Fantastic and expensive.:) Well worth the price and they have some great custom sushi rolls and other menu items. The sake list is pretty good and they have a fairly expensive custom co*cktail list. Would definitely go again!

9. Hapa Sushi Grill and Sake Bar 1175 reviews

The 10 Best Restaurants in Boulder, Colorado reviews (9)

Personally I do enjoy Hapa but, I have to say for what you get its a bit overpriced. I can get all the same things at a local spot and honestly it tastes more fresh for two thirds of the cost. I guess for the prices I’d think there’s be something particularly special about the rolls.

The 10 Best Restaurants in Boulder, Colorado reviews (16)

Surprisingly terrible, mealy, unhealthy food; I tried the Buddha bowl and it was an artlressly put together collection of irrelevant, aged ingredients on a mushy bed of rice. The watermelon drink was sweetened artificial flavored and I asked for the bathroom code 4 times and they couldn't give...
